91¿´Æ¬ÍøÕ¾, in joint venture with ANDRES 91¿´Æ¬ÍøÕ¾, has been selected to construct the 8300 Douglas Avenue development in Dallas’ Preston Center area. On behalf of RAMROCK Real Estate, LLC, 91¿´Æ¬ÍøÕ¾ and ANDRES will provide construction management services and general contracting to deliver the 8300 Douglas Avenue project. Designed by HKS, the 8300 Douglas Avenue development will include a 12‑story office tower, a 16‑story multifamily residential tower, structured parking for both office and residential uses, at‑grade retail space and a series of shared and residential amenity decks designed to support a walkable, mixed‑use environment in Preston Center.
